Analyst I
Jonathan is an analyst at Urban3 and brings a unique blend of expertise in both city planning and technology. After spending the better part of a decade in the tech industry, he studied to become an urban planner, eventually landing here at Urban3. This combination of skills informs the data-first approach he employs to understand how cities work.
His areas of specialized research and practice include form-based zoning codes, transit-supportive land use policy, municipal land banking, and regional governmental systems.

Jonathan holds a Master’s in Community and Regional Planning from the University of Texas at Austin (2024), as well as a Bachelor’s in Management Information Systems from Baylor University (2014).
