Business Development & Continuous Improvement Administrator
Henry James Walker (he/him, they/them) is the Business Development & Continuous Improvement Administrator at Urban3. This mouthful of a role is a result of 10 years experience working in process improvement, scope and budget development, leadership development, culture change, administrative support, and sanity keeping for executive teams.
He comes to Urban3 after working for the Center for Economic Inclusion, a racial equity firm in St. Paul, MN, where he supported racial equity consulting as Consulting Coordinator. Before that, his career was in supportive roles in affordable housing management and development at the Habitat Company in Chicago and the Seattle Housing Authority. Additionally, Henry brings his process improvement and theatre backgrounds to bear on the Urban3 team, helping to foster collaboration within the team and to design a holistic proposal to project pipeline. He is grateful to join the Urban3 team, splitting his time between Asheville, NC and his home in Minneapolis, MN.
