Analyst I
Rachel (she/they) is an Analyst at Urban3 focusing on the intersection of data and storytelling. They are passionate about making complex information easy to understand, especially for other change-makers. Rachel holds a Master’s of Science in Public Policy and Management from Carnegie Mellon University, where she concentrated in Urban and Regional Economic Development. In her graduate research, she explored disparities in infrastructure for rural and agricultural communities.

Prior to joining Urban3, Rachel worked with the Department of Performance Management and Innovation at the City of Minneapolis. As an internal consultant to departments, Rachel strived to build a culture of continuous improvement and deepen understanding of the impact programs and services had for residents, businesses, and visitors of Minneapolis. She is excited to apply her research and experience to other communities through her work at Urban3.
